FAQ

Trip.com questions

Where do I get a Trip.com hotel id?

It is Trip.com's own hotel id — the number in the listing URL — or the channel id that POST /parity on the chain's hotel returns after resolving the id map from Google Hotels. GET /hotels/{chain}/{code}/ids returns the mapping on its own.

Does the Trip.com price include tax?

`price_per_night` is Trip.com's pre-tax room price (`tax_included: false`); `price_per_night_after_tax` is the all-in figure.

Can I get points or a calendar from Trip.com?

No — an OTA carries no award points and no native calendar, and a hotel-code search is not offered on it. Shop it directly, use it as a /parity channel, or /calendar it a night at a time (one shop per night).
